Join UsabilityNet

What is the purpose?

We invite individuals and organisations to join UsabilityNet and either contribute to the the web site, for example:

• update and maintain an existing page
• provide new information not already on the site
• improve the site (e.g. better accessibility)

or to affiliate an existing local group, or run a new local group.

You will then be entitled to be listed as a contributing UsabilityNet member.

What type of information can be provided for the web site?

We would like to make the web site as helpful as possible to practitioners, by either providing high quality information not available elsewhere, or by providing links to other well-regarded sites.

Examples of potentially useful information could include:

• local resources in your area, such as: people, groups, web sites, discussion lists
• guidance on accessibility with the most useful links
• annotated book list
• additional practical methods
• news or feature articles
